How To Place A Deposit On A French Bulldog Puppy

We require a $1000.00 deposit to reserve one of our Frenchie puppies. Your deposit is deducted from the total purchase price. In the event that you can not complete the purchase of the puppy your deposit will be held and you may apply it to a future Frenchie puppy. We ALWAYS​ reserve the right to refuse a sale if it is in the best interest of the puppy. ​WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS THROUGH GOODDOG, ZELLE, VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER
The preferred method of payment is through Zelle. We also like to utilize GoodDog which is an online puppy escrow service that protects both of us from scams. We do accept payments through Venmo, CashApp, Square or PayPal. If the final payment is made with a cashiers check or postal money order it must arrive and clear before we will release the puppy to you. If you choose to pick up your puppy in person you will need to pay for the puppy in advance or bring cash to pay the balance due.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not tolerate charge-backs! Any charge-backs will be prosecuted to the fullest and will be turned over to a collection agency, after which it will be reported to all credit reporting agencies as an unpaid debt that will remain on your record until paid in full. If you pay with a credit card belonging to someone else the cardholder's name will also appear on all the puppy's paperwork along with the actual purchaser's name.

Pick Up And Delivery Options For Your Frenchie Puppy

1. Picking up your new Frenchie puppy in our town is free!
2. You are welcome to fly into the Springfield Branson International Airport to collect your Frenchie puppy, we can meet you there curbside for an extra $150.00 fee.  The airport is a 4 hour/ 250 mile trip for us. 
3. We can arrange semi-private hand delivery of your Frenchie puppy to your front door for an additional $500.00 fee. 

​All of our Frenchie puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract unless otherwise discussed.​

Must Be Frenchies Waiting List

The aim of Must Be Frenchies waiting list policy is to be as fair as possible to everyone on our list awaiting their precious new puppy. Backed by the latest science and decades of experience, we do all we can to ensure your puppy will be a healthy and enjoyable canine companion. Because of this, our puppies are simply the best that money can buy and are priced accordingly, at the top of the market. From time to time we increase the price of our puppies in accordance with prevailing market conditions.

There is a $500.00 refundable fee required to be placed on our waiting list.  You will be placed on our waiting list in the order that we receive your reservation fee. Once you choose a puppy an additional payment of $1000.00 will be required. The remaining balance of the adoption fee is due by the time the puppies are 8 weeks old.

Our Must Be Frenchies pricing policy is as follows:

The price quoted to you in your first email from us will be the price you pay for your puppy provided that:

1. Your deposit securing your place on our waiting list is received before a price increase.
2. You accept the first puppy you are offered that conforms to the preferences you stated on joining the list. If you postpone to a later litter for any reason the price you will pay will be in accordance with the prices current at the time you postponed.
3. When you are offered a puppy from a new litter and decide to accept your placement in that litter, an additional payment of $1000 toward the purchase price is required within 3 days of acceptance.
4. The remaining balance is payable within 7 days of your puppy's scheduled departure.

Must Be Frenchies is under no obligation to notify you of changes to our prices. However, we are happy to answer your inquiries at any time. If a price rise affects you that you consider unacceptable to your expectations or circumstances, we will promptly refund 100% of your deposit if you request it.

Our Must Be Frenchies policy on deposits is as follows:

1. Your position on the list is strictly determined by the date the waiting list deposit is received.
2. If we are unable to offer you a puppy with your preferences within 12 months of your deposit, and you wish to leave the list, you are entitled to a fast and complete refund.
3. If you cancel your placement on the list for any reason we will refund your deposit, with one exception (see #4)
4. If you cancel your purchase 21 days or less before you are due to receive the puppy allocated to you, just half of your deposits will be refunded (at this time you will have paid $1500.00 and your eligible refund amount will be $750.00).

Final payment needs to be completed within 7 days of your puppy's scheduled departure. While every care is taken, any puppy left with us past the scheduled transport or pick up date is left at the owner's risk. ​
